VISCERAL BLEEDING Part Ways With Singer, Announce Replacement
June 2, 2004Vocalist Dennis Röndum has reportedly left Swedish death metallers VISCERAL BLEEDING in order to commit himself fully to his other band, SPAWN OF POSSESSION, in which he plays the drums. A replacement singer by the name of Tommy has already been found. The band wish to point out that Dennis' decision to leave was made "in good harmony and there are no hard feelings about it."
VISCERAL BLEEDING's second full-length album, "Transcend Into Ferocity", was released last month through Neurotic Records. The follow-up to 2002's "Remnants of Deprivation" was recorded at Flatpig studios in Malmö with producer Robert Ahrling (ORIGINBLOOD, SPAWN OF POSSESSION) and contains nine tracks plus a multimedia part, featuring pictures, a biography as well as a professionally recorded video for the song "Fury Unleashed" (Windows Media).
